What we are building: a water filtration line sold under the Prebur brand ("Prebur WaterTech"), following the same model as our air filter programme: OEM manufacture in China, Prebur-branded packaging, imported by Momo Global via Pro Logistics.
The launch line is deliberately tight: 17 SKUs, every one already selling in volume in South Africa today. No experimental products in Order 1. Systems build the customer base; replacement cartridges are the repeat-revenue core — cartridge pricing and consistency matter more than system pricing.
What we need from E2W now: identify 1–2 integrated factories and return FOB quotations against the SKU tables below. First order is a 20ft container (~31 CBM), indicative FOB value US$25,000–30,000 (final mix re-balanced once real FOB prices are in). A short Phase 2 list at the end shows where the programme goes next — for factory-capability awareness only, no quotes needed yet.
Quantities are indicative for quotation and container planning — final PO quantities will be balanced to the 20ft after FOB confirmation. "SA proof of demand" shows why each SKU made the launch list.

Priority: Factory 01 — Yuyao Yadong / Ningbo Keman. They matched 14 of our 17 SKUs, the best coverage of any factory in the pack, and their catalogue prints model codes for every one. The table below is taken directly from their 2025–2026 Product manual with the catalogue page number against each entry. This is the quotation we most need.

On Phase 2 we only need indicative FOB and MOQ at this stage — no need for carton data or lead times until we commit. If any category is a poor fit for your factory, please say so; we would rather know now.
The catalogues from Jinan Baina (F02), Dongguan Beyclean (F05) and Bishuikang (F06) are image-only and carry no printed model numbers we can quote against. Ningbo Dukang (F08) quoted against our own SKU codes without returning their factory model numbers.
For these four, please ask each factory to quote against our SKU codes below and to return their own model number for each line, so we can build the same kind of reference table:

Our replacement cartridges must drop into filter housings already installed in South African homes (Pentair/Pentek, Puritech, JoJo, SUPERPURE). That makes the cartridge outer diameter the single most important dimension in this whole quotation — more important than price.
We will verify these dimensions physically against locally-stocked housings when samples arrive.
Three items were missing from the first quotation we received, and their absence made the container impossible to plan. Please make sure every factory returns all of them:
